What's new in BrytIO.

The improvements we've shipped, newest first.

Ask BrytIO can do things for you, with your OK

  • On the Team and Enterprise plans, Ask BrytIO can suggest a task, a note, a deal update or a draft quote, and nothing happens until you approve it.
  • Record timelines can be filtered and edited, and calls and meetings can carry an outcome and a duration.
  • The notification bell updates on its own, alerts go to the record's owner, and you choose which alerts you get.
  • Pin the pages you use most to the sidebar, and collapse the sidebar when you need the room.

AI that knows your records, and a Collections page

  • On the Team and Enterprise plans, Ask BrytIO knows the record you're looking at and keeps your past chats, so you can pick up where you left off.
  • On the Team and Enterprise plans, Ask BrytIO drafts a quote from your product catalog and the deal it's for.
  • Collections shows who owes you what and how late it is, with a ranked list of who to follow up with and a place to log a promise to pay.
  • Set a margin floor and a maximum discount for quotes, and a signed quote stays exactly as your customer signed it.

Invoicing defaults, owners and better tasks

  • Set workspace defaults for new invoices: when they're due, the terms they print, reminders, and your quote and invoice number prefixes.
  • On the Team and Enterprise plans, AI drafts can go straight into an email, a quote you're sending or a payment reminder, and suggested next steps can become tasks.
  • Give contacts and deals an owner, reassign contacts in bulk, and the people involved are notified.
  • Edit a task in place, snooze it without losing its time of day, and set it to repeat daily, weekly or monthly.

Find things faster

  • Search finds people by their full name, and now finds shipments, tasks and contracts too, with your recent records one click away.
  • Filter the pipeline board by owner, company, line of business or close date, and save the view.
  • Preview a deal without leaving the page you're on, and edit a deal's close date, contact or company in place on its page.
  • The dashboard's Today feed ranks what needs you next, with one-tap follow-ups.

Rebilling, revenue by line of business, and a forecast

  • Invoices drafted from imported distributor bills come addressed to each customer's billing contact, ready to review and send together.
  • A Revenue by line of business report shows what each line invoiced, its margin and what was collected.
  • The forecast moves with your pipeline: each stage has a default chance to close, and won deals count in full.

Safer for teams, and clear about email

  • Only owners and admins see invoices, payments and revenue, including in search and reports.
  • Editing a contact or a deal saves only what you changed and leaves everything else as it was.
  • Invoices, quotes and reminders show as sent only when the email really went out, replies reach a person on your team, and bounced addresses are flagged on the contact.
  • Scheduled work like recurring invoices and reminders is monitored, and owners and admins are told if a recurring invoice couldn't be created.
