Duo adds a second seat and multi-step email sequences, so follow-up keeps going without anyone remembering to send it. You also get unlimited invoices, 2,000 contacts, and 15 GB of storage.
When do I need Team?
When you want the work to run itself: Ask BrytIO (our AI assistant), workflow automations, API keys, webhooks, and Zapier, plus multiple pipelines and recurring invoices. Team is the ops tier.
How does billing work as I grow?
Plans are flat monthly (or pay annually and get 2 months free), not per-seat, so adding a teammate on Team doesn't change your bill. Move up a plan when you need more capacity.
Can I bring my existing data over?
Import contacts and companies from a spreadsheet in a few clicks. Team and Enterprise also get a hands-on migration session.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
